Welcome to Fairway & Ember, operated by Rich Foresight Group LLC ("we," "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing. We work to keep product descriptions, images, and prices accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices at any time without notice. Prices are in US dollars.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order after it's placed (for example, if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurred). If we cancel, we'll refund you in full.

Fulfillment. Products ship directly from our suppliers. Availability and delivery estimates are not guarantees.

Intellectual property. All site content is owned by Rich Foresight Group LLC or its suppliers and may not be used without permission.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
