Contact
Fairway & Ember is a brand of Rich Foresight Group LLC. Small shop in Pawleys Island, South Carolina. You get a person, not a ticket number.
Best way to reach us. We answer within one business day, usually the same day.
Phone
Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern. Leave a message after hours and we'll call you back.
Mailing address
Rich Foresight Group LLC
dba Fairway & Ember
155 Hunters Oak Ct
Pawleys Island, SC 29585
United States
That's our business mailing address, not a warehouse. Everything ships direct from our suppliers' US warehouses. So don't send a return here. Email us first and we'll tell you where it goes.
Order questions
Have your order number ready and it goes faster. It's in your confirmation email.
Returns and damage
30 days from delivery on most items, unused and in original packaging. Showed up damaged? Tell us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right. Full details are on the FAQ page.
Simulator and enclosure questions
Ceiling height is the thing people get wrong. Measure it before you shop. Then email us that number and what you're trying to build, and we'll tell you what actually fits.
Thanks for stopping in.
