Shipping Policy

Where we ship. We currently ship to the contiguous United States (48 states) only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes, or international addresses at this time.

How it ships. Orders ship directly from our suppliers' US warehouses. Processing takes 1–3 business days.

Delivery times. These vary by product:

• Small parcel items (cutters, lighters, accessories, desktop humidors): typically 3–7 business days after processing.

• Large or freight items (humidor cabinets, electric caddies): longer, and the estimate is confirmed on your order confirmation.

Tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Freight items. Large cabinets and some caddies ship by freight and may require a signature or curbside delivery. We'll coordinate scheduling on those.
