I'm Doug Rich. I live in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, which is a hard place to live if you're trying to play less golf.

Fairway & Ember is a store for the things I actually care about. Golf. Cigars. Etc.

The "etc." is doing real work there. Bourbon, sure. Also tequila, beer, a decent cigar on somebody's porch, and the basement setup you built so February doesn't feel like a waste. Not a category page someone bolted on because it tested well. The way a lot of us actually spend a good day.

What we sell

Gear. The stuff that earns its spot.

On the golf side that means simulators, launch monitors, enclosures, impact screens, electric caddies, push carts, and ride-on boards. We carry TruGolf, Carl's Place, Green Eagle, NAVEE, and AESWGOF. Real brands with real warranties, not white-label boxes with a logo sprayed on.

On the cigar side it's humidors, cutters, lighters, cases, and ashtrays. Humidor Supreme, Xikar, Stinky.

Drinks are coming. Decanters, glassware, barware, coolers, the things that make the last hour of the day better. Bourbon, whiskey, tequila, beer. We're not picky.

One thing we don't sell: the cigars and the booze themselves. Accessories only. Licensing for actual tobacco and alcohol is its own business, and it isn't ours.

How it works

We're small on purpose. Everything ships direct from the supplier's warehouse in the US, which means you get the gear faster and we don't mark it up to cover a warehouse we don't need.

It also means I'm not going to pretend I have a hundred SKUs of everything. If we list it, somebody here looked at it and decided it was worth your money. When I can't say that about a product, it doesn't go up.
