The XLE is the most compact building in the line. It is a dedicated practice and play studio for one golfer or a small group, without giving up the real simulator or the comfort features. If you want to work on your game at home every day, start here.
Package price: $115,500 (Trackman iO included). Freight and site work are separate.

Lead time
About 16 weeks from deposit. Placing a deposit now sets you up for a spring install.
Freight
Freight is paid by the customer and quoted for your location. It typically runs $15,000 to $23,000, depending on the model and fuel costs. Clients pay for both the shipping and the crane that sets the building on its pad.
Site prerequisites
- Permits if your municipality requires them (optional in many areas), plus HOA approval if you have one
- An engineered concrete pad
- A 60 amp electrical service stubbed to the concrete pad
- An ethernet line stubbed to the concrete pad
- Crane and truck access to the pad
Hazard Free Guarantee
Every Golfsheds building is backed by the Hazard Free Guarantee: 10 years of structural coverage and 1 year of general support and maintenance. Golfsheds engineers its structures for heavy snow and winds up to 110 mph. On the coast, local building codes, flood zone rules and HOA requirements still apply, so it is worth checking those early.
