Comparing sizes
The Platinum is 15' x 19' and seats 3 to 6 people, for $137,500. Need the full clubhouse treatment? The Captain is 19' x 24', holds 8 to 12 people and adds a panoramic screen, auto ball return, auto tee, granite surfaces and cabinets.
Lead time
About 16 weeks from deposit. Get your deposit in now to target a spring install.
Freight
Freight is paid by the customer and quoted for your location. It typically runs $15,000 to $23,000, depending on the model and fuel costs. Clients pay for both the shipping and the crane that sets the building on its pad.
Site prerequisites
- Permits if your municipality requires them (optional in many areas), plus HOA approval if you have one
- An engineered concrete pad
- A 60 amp electrical service stubbed to the concrete pad
- An ethernet line stubbed to the concrete pad
- Crane and truck access to the pad
Hazard Free Guarantee

Golfsheds engineers its structures for heavy snow and winds up to 110 mph. On the coast, local building codes, flood zone rules and HOA requirements still apply, so it is worth checking those early.
